Directions

Saute garlic or onion. Add shredded meat with carrots, cabbage and other ingredients. Add water or soup stock, 1 1/2 cup (12 oz) for every piece of bihon. Season to taste. Heat until boiling and add the bihon. Simmer for two minutes, reverse bihon, simmer for another two minutes and stir to loosen bion. Turn off the heat, sprinkle edible oil and serve. Soup: Add bihon to boiling soup or seasoned stock. Simmer for three minutes or until tender.
