Thank you for shopping with NOORI ECOMMERCE LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-returnable items include:
- Beauty & personal care products that have been opened or used
- Perishable goods such as groceries or food items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@nooriecommercellc.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the product arrived damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
2. Refunds
Processing Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Returns initiated after the 30-day window
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank or credit card account again
- Then, contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@nooriecommercellc.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
